BLESSED ARE THOSE THAT WASH THEIR ROBE

       Blessed are those that wash their robes. Rev 22:14

      In churches today, we often preach about blessing and prosperity, most of the prayers been offered are all about blessing, prosperity and most likely war against the enemy. Salvation, our Christian life has no value, biblical doctrines and teachings are fading away, worship was now subtituted for comedy, comedians now perform in church programs, no more evangelism, prophets don't hear from the lord again, they speak of their own. Jude 1:4, the question is how do we get blessed? Is it by our prayer? Is it by our work? Is it by our deeds? Our blessing can only be derived by doing things of God, not knowing it alone but doing it. Rev 14:12. Jhn 14:15
Our motivation to keep his command is a way of purifying ourselves for his second coming. 1Jhn 3 : 2-3, to his commandments is derived from indwelling holy spirit. 1Jhn 3:24.

What is that "Robe"?

      The robe in this context does not talk about our designers, the bible is reffering to our live in Christ, the salvation of your soul. Have you been saved? Salvation is of three stages.

-Salvation of the body.

-Salvation of the spirit.

-Salvation of the soul.

       The most important is the salvation of your soul. That is what God and Satan are battling for. That is what makes the things of God so hard for you, that is ejy you still find it hard to believe the authenticity if the birth of Jesus Christ, his resurrection and his ascension, that is why you go to Church only to meet with that lady, your life is still as dirty as that of rags, your soul is important to God. Pro 23:26

       

Why do we need to wash our robe?
Rev 3:12, 2:26, 2:7, 2:11, 2:17, 3:21. 

There are many reasons to wash our robes. " When the way of man is right before God, he shall be in peace with his enemy" you need to move closer to God, read your bible, meditate in it day and night, and it shall be well with you. Amen.

Conclusion: 

       Rev 3:20, Christ is knocking on the door of your heart, he's waiting for your response, it will be nice for you to open the door of your heart today, the next minute may be too late.
