God is good

The revelation of the glory of God

                  The glory of God

The word "Glory" means brightness, clearness, something signifying honour, renown, reverence, adoration, worship. The is glory of God is essential and declarative, it is something that van be declared. Psalm 19:1-6 The heaven declare the glory of the Lord....... When u look around, u can see for yourself the glory of the lord, everything around you declare the glory of the lord. How do the grains turns to leaves and brings out another grain, how does yam grow in the heaps, how do hair grow from your head, all these declare how glorious this God is.
The declaration of his glory is the showing forth, the revealing, the manifesting the glory of his character. By declaring the awesomeness of God, you're showing, manifesting the character of God, telling people how great is our God. The essentiality of God's glory to his creature, the laying open his glory to the apprehension of his intelligence.

The prayer of Moses.
1.       A desire to know God the more: Moses desire in his heart to know God the more, seeking to behold his glory, not on like Christians of nowadays, that always seek God because of there problems, people don't seek God because of the salvation of their soul. Moses desire to see God and he prayed.
2.      A sense of necessity of his knowledge: Moses thought it is necessary for him to acquire knowledge about God.
3.       That he was not interested in his desire for God's glory, but the people: His desire to know God goes beyond his personal interest but, in the interest of all the nation.
4.      A sense of responsibility of the necessity of the people: Moses believe that as someone responsible, he need to know, a responsible fellow should know what he's saying, should the people ask about that God, what and what he should say to them, just like when he was sent to Egypt.
5.       God called Moses for work, for accomplishment, he needs a clearer knowledge if God.

God's Answer.
1.       Because moses prayer is not in his own interest, He is right. God understood that the prayer offered by Moses Is not for his selfish reason, so he has to be answered. That is why many prayed and God seems not to answer, you never prayed in the interest of the family, your street, your church your town and so on, you always pray for yourself alone.
2.       He recognises the real necessity of Moses and his people: God knows that it is necessary for Moses to and his people to have a clearer knowledge about him, he's been doing wonders, working miracles amidst them, so he understand that even as they move on, so they will be able to teach even their children.
3.       The reasonableness of moses, expectations that Moses had a right except grace. "If I found grace in thy sight........(vs 13) ........for thou has found grace in my sight (vs17).
4.       A willingness of God to show himself to Moses. And the lord said, I will do all this thou hath said......
5.       His sovereignty in the disposal of his mercies. I will show mercy on whom I will show mercy....... His sovereignty in the disposal of mercy is great, he is gracious, he show kindness from generations to generations.

Lesson Derived.
1.  The circumstance of your prayer will reveals God's glory.
2. A principle of Divine administration is developed.
3. He will inquire of, to do the things that needs to be done.
4. We are to persevere in asking. He cried out " show me thy way, that I may know the"...... It is the reasonable to understand a call of God to any station as a virtual pledge to everything we need.
5. Every child of God is called to represent God, to show the world around him the character of God, to be a teacher about God.
6. Nothing can make us stable in Christ, but to behold the glory of God. Isa 6:1-5

Conclusion:
If you have not beheld his glory, better you seek now and call God in his infinite mercy to show you his glory, it is what will make you stand in Christ, nothing can shake you again, that is when you will not be blown away through face teaching and false prophecies. Lk 2:30
