Faith

..............And the just shall live by Faith. Hab 2:4

       Faith can be described as; firm belief in somebody or something for which there is no proof, a complete trust in someone or something. Faith according to Heb 11:1 "faith is substance of things hoped for, evidence of things not seen," (vs2) in it the elder have good report. Some people still find it difficult to believe and trust in the lord. They still don't know what it takes to have faith in the lord, how sweet it is to trust in the Lord. The Bible described Abraham as the father of faith simply because he solely rely on God alone. As human being, we often exercise faith in our day to day activities, I.e, you always promise your friend money at the weekend, and comes to pass, my question is how are you sure you will live all through the week? It is by faith you say it and your faith works for you. Just like what Jesus said to Batholomeu, that his faith healed him, so faith work as of old, why do you speaks uncertain things and come to pass still you can not trust God, the maker of all, why do you always like to waste your time on things that can not help? You pray as if there is no God, it is because, you have no faith. You can move mountain when your faith is there, psalm 18:44, " As soon as they hear my voice, they shall obey......" When you speak through faith, they must obey, your problem must obey, poverty must obey.....etc.

Attributes of living by faith:

1. Do live by the word: 2 cor 2:7

      . Most time we perceive things about God with our experience with what Bible realy says. God command Joshua and the isrealites to walk round the wall of Jericho 7times and shout and they obeyed and they found victory. Living by the word of God is just too important for us, obedient to God's commands is full of reward, remember, ,"obedient is better than sacrifice" 1sam 15:22.

2. Count things as if they have happened: 

        Faith is living as if the goal has already been  achieved, Roman 4:17, we believe in the convenant promises of God in the spirit dimention, anointing the physical, we must claim his prophecies for our situation once we know it is God's will. Claim prophecies when your the lord speaks through his servants, claim them with a bold heart with positive mind and see God in action.

3. Obey God in small thing: 

         God will always entrust you with small thing first before he entrust you with larger one. Abraham was ask to leave his Father's house to a place where he's going to show him. Heb 11:8, he never doubted God and he was greatly rewarded.

4. Think right: 

          Most time, we suffer from bad thought, Pro 23:7, negative thought will always produce negative outcome. It is a form of negative faith. Job 3:35-26, so always think positive and prophecy good things to your life.

5. Power of Tongue: 

         By word the earth was created, John 1:1-3. God spoke things into existence, thus, there is power in our word, Pro 18:21. Jesus ask us to speak. Mk 11:22-24. So speak to that problem, speak to your future, prophecy good things to yourself, stop raining curse on others, concentrate on your life.

6. Claim convenant promises:

            Use the key you have been given. Matt 16:19. There about 7500 promises in the Bible that you can claim, God has given us the power of "Attorney spirituality" on the earth to bring heaven on earth in the area of our calling, "Prayer" is the key, speak to your problem, they have ears, they will hear and obey, stop disturbing your pastor for prayer, go on your knee and talk to God, he is your, he will listen to you, have faith in him, trust him totally today and experience how sweet he is.
